| The members of the Military Police, members of the armed security forces of the Slovak Republic and members of the Armed Forces of the Slovak Republic are exempt from the charge specidied under points b) and h) of above article |

| 1. |
The administrative authority shall increase the fee referred to in subparagraph (i) to a double of that rate if the License Certificate is issued in the event of second loss or theft. For any further loss or theft of the professional license Certificate, the fee will be increased to twice of the previous fee. |
| 2. |
The administrative body shall not levy the administrative fee under point (k) if the decision to grant the License Certificate is changed on the initiative of the administrative body. |
| 2. |
The administrative body shall not charge the administrative fee under (l) if the decision to grant the accreditation is changed at the initiative of the administrative body. |
