In the area of physical protection we provide combination of stationary guard service and mobile guard patrols, both supported by the latest modern technologies.

Physical protection of the objects is mainly offered to broad business community, owners of middle and big industrial premises, administrative buildings, warehouses and terminals, supermarkets or publicly accessible buildings. Its purpose is to minimise the risk and eliminate possible threats and risks.

Service is provided by selected, tested, physically competent and trained uniformed staff, which had been educated by security professionals to the necessary level.

The presence of uniformed guards at the premises itself act as preventively and in the same time provides certain tasks for protection of the objects which cannot be secured in any other way.

Main Activities

Object protection by a stationary guard service – it is carried out by the continuous presence of security personnel in the given object, its observation and continuous monitoring. In case of customer interest object protection can also be secured by trained guard dogs. Stationary guard service can also be used to ensure order at public events.

Object protection by mobile guard patrol – consists of regular or irregular sightings of protected objects within a pre-defined area for each protected object. In the event of a disruption to the property, the motorized mobile patrol staff provide adequate repressive protection.

PROTECTION IS PERFORMED ON THE LEVELS:

Guardian – basic level of a security worker with standard training. The specific workload depends on the type of the object and the requirements of the client.
Guardian armed with a weapon – Specially trained security officer who is equipped with a firearm and is capable of handling crisis situations related to the armed service provision.
Dog handler – trained to properly control the service dog, for the dog we declare all necessary vaccinations and documentation.
Dispatcher – designed to operate technologies and technical equipment and to coordinate service organizations.
Operations Officer – supervise security technologies and manages the team of security personnel, coordinates the evacuation of an object in a crisis situation. In the absence of a security manager, he is able to act as his deputy.
Smiling guard (guard in the suit) – suitable for office buildings, shopping centers and retail. It must be communicative and helpful.
Ramp guard – designed to control supply at the ramps of shopping centers, retail shops, hotels and industrial operations.
Lobby guard – suitable for luxury hotel complexes, where emphasis is placed on maximum quality, high standard of social behaviour and language skills.
Intervention unit – a mobile security unit of guard service consisting of specially trained staff who can cover several objects at a same time.
Receptionist – Performs tasks related to information service, access control to building, reception and mail sorting, office management agenda and others according to the client’s specification.
Logistics guards – designed to manage and control logistics processes at the premises of central warehouses and logistic operations, uses special logistics software.
Plain cloth Guard – designed to eliminate theft, focusing on organized crime and detecting internal crime.
